Notes
  • archive thread: Guide To The Feelin' Groovy Jam
  • The 65-minute vault reel contains the end of High Time, a long pause, and Dark Star through Lovelight seamlessly. The vault has no tape of the beginning of the set and none is known to exist. The list in italics comes from DeadBase, their ultimate source unknown. Attendee Jim Powell suspects that Cold Rain and Snow opened the set, that High Time followed I Know You Rider, with Casey Jones earlier, and that the list is missing at least one more tune.
  • Dark Star shared on 30 Days of Dead 2022.
  • Dark Star > Saint Stephen > The Eleven > Turn On Your Lovelight shared on The Tapers Section on the week of 2007-12-31. "What is little unknown about this shows was that on 10/25/69, Bill Graham approached the mic with an announcement that a couple of friends had stopped by and wanted to play a few tunes between sets by the headliners. So, on come Stephen Stills and Graham Nash for a short set of acoustic tunes, including a very early Teach Your Children and a raunchy Black Queen."
