  • Not clear from where this list fragment derives. deadessays cites an attendee recollection of Alligator (at either early or late show, and there is no Alligator on the late show tape). But that recollection no longer appears on the dead.net page. Pine, from Variety, June 25, 1969 does mention Casey Jones, but Dire Wolf and Cold Jordon in the same sentence (possibly from the late show).
